TT Electronics a deschis prima unitate de productie in Timisoara in 2012. Avand in vedere ca fabrica TT din Timisoara este una strategica pentru grup, unitatea noastra a beneficiat de investitii majore si in present avem 2 divizii in Timisoara, Transportation Sensing and Control (TSC) si Integrated Manufacturing Services (IMS).
TSC produce o gama variata de componente electronice pentru industria automotive, cum ar fi: pedale de aceleratie, diversi senzori ( temperatura fluide , nivel, presiune), module cu tehnologie LED si actuatori electronici
Iar IMS produce : placi electronice pentru diferite segmente de piata , module cu tehnologie LED pentru iluminat si semnalizare si diversi senzori
Ambele divizii TT prezente in locatia Timisoara sunt certificate ISO TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001 si impreuna ofera locuri de munca pentru peste 500 de angajati.
Deploy and motivate Engineering team to support the manufacturing activity, that is capable of manufacturing products or assemblies to the agreed specification and that comply with the appropriate quality systems and approvals.
Provide a service through the Engineering team that promotes our ability to introduce and project manage our customers’ products from design for manufacturing advice, through prototype assembly and volume production.
Carry out continuous reviews of the manufacturing processes, equipment, documentation and systems used to ensure that a cost effective service is being provided, ensuring that the department has a capacity to match the new and current business activities.
Prepare and manage the CAPEX program for the site.
Be an active member of any manufacturing initiatives that are being promoted or employed.
To liaise with Engineering functions in all sites to ensure a consistent approach is taken and best practice is implemented across the manufacturing site.
Make best use of information technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Engineering Department.
To work with the team and other departments to achieve quality targets and objectives as defined by the Management team.
Work closely with sales to understand the service requirements from new customers.
To promote the awareness of customer requirements throughout the manufacturing site.
The Engineering Manager as part of the senior management team will, from time to time and only when practical, be requested to perform duties for the company that are perceived to match their skills and be of benefit to the company.
As a member of the Senior Management team the Engineering Manager must represent the Company to its customers and suppliers in an honest and positive manner.
The Engineering Manager must be proficient and experienced in human resource management as well as having a sound knowledge of the basic engineering concepts and an ability to recognise, propose and implement the latest manufacturing innovations and techniques to the benefit of himself, his team, his customers and the company.
